Hi Coleen. I already entered the 1099-R and actually paid the 10% penalty fee. Im trying to do an amendment and use the 8915-E to get that money back.

I tried to amend and get a message that the 1040x is not yet ready. Im not sure where to go to do the alternative...steps 5 thru 7 that you suggest. I dont see ...
