On the 1040, it’s line 37on the 1040A, it’s line 21on the 1040EZ, it’s line 4plus you should have form 8862 filled in

If you opted to receive your refund via direct deposit, there shouldn’t be an issue. Same goes if the street number and name, and city and zip code are correct
