    I added a state (SC) and had to pay that extra 39.99 which makes sense but not having to pay the costco one, south carolina, and other 39.99. Doesn't makes sens...

    Desktop image 2. When it got installed (after paying to get it from costco) it asked for a 39.99 payment right away.

    I dont know. Ive paid for the costco software and an out of state refund pricing. I dont know why it is asking me to pay for anything else when I have just used...
