I am trying to file state tax’s my federal been filed it is not letting me complete filing my state saying I’m filing same social security number. How do I file my state?

TurboTax wouldn't let me e-file because it says I need Form 8915F but I don't. How do i talk to a live intuit turbo tax rep?

If I don't talk to someone live, I'm going to remove my taxes from intuit turbo tax and file elsewhere.

How can I download the software to file my 2023 taxes and I don't have a desktop computer?

The software requires Windows desktop and I only have a tablet and a laptop.

My filing is DO NOT FILE. Since my file was filed, and accepted both IRS and VA. the file should not marked DO NOT FILE.
