My PA state taxes are incorrect. I am active duty working outside of PA, but turbo tax is saying I owe a liability. How can't this be fixed?

PA does not charge state tax for Active Military working outside of the state.

County taxes

I lived in 3 different counties in Indiana in 2025. My W2 did not show all 3 only the first county. My company will not send a corrected W2. How do I enter these counties in TurboTax so that the appropriate taxes are withheld?
