You can go to Other Business Situations from the Income list to add your health insurance premiums- TurboTax will automatically use the Medicare premiums from the 1099-SSA entry, but you can go here to check and add if you have the Medicare Advantage.
There is no Other Business Situations in Deluxe and when I found a section about self employed medical premium deduction it says to enter it on schedule c but that doesn’t let me enter deductions I had to go to forms to go that but when I opened form s-1 it would not let me enter this deduction.
Starting to think about paper and pencil…
Yes, if you are using the Deluxe version of the Desktop program, you do not have the interview section for the entry. You have to add the Worksheet below to make the entries you desire. @thomasreinebach
I’m sorry, but in TurboTax 2023 Deluxe for Mac I can NOT find a schedule titled “Self-Employed Health and Long-Term Care Insurance Deduction Worksheet” listed in the Forms view of my return.
I do, however see a portion of a form titled “Schedule C Wks” that looks like this:
TT 2023 Deluxe for Mac Schedule C Wks
If this is the correct place to enter Medicare premiums, then does it go in the section titled “Employees’ Health Insurance” or “Insurance — Health”?
Thank you for your help.

I don’t think that this is true (at least for the Mac platform). Medicare premiums can be entered in the interview mode (“EasyStep).
