What Turbo Tax program are you using and what type of a business entity are you?
You will deduct the payroll cost as an expense on your business tax return. Depending on what form you use to report your business income and expenses will determine the exact line to use. For example:
Schedule C "Line 17 Legal and professional services"
Form 1065 "Line 20 Other deductions (attach statement)"
Form 1120 "Line 19 Other deductions (attach statement)"
