What does "This is not money earned as an employee or self-employed individual, it is from a sporadic activity or hobby (this is not common) mean?

TurboTax will create a Schedule C for Self-Employment income unless you meet certain conditions- if it is hobby income, you do not have to pay the self-employment tax on it. See Do I have to report hobby income? - TurboTax Support - Intuit.
