The customer satisfaction survey hit submit too early

Shout out to Janet! She’s excellent and spent a lot of time making sure we got it right. Despite my internet repeatedly failing, she remained incredibly patient. Additionally, she explained everything in a manner I could grasp. Her knowledge and attention to detail coupled with her pleasant demeanor made me feel secure. Janet made sure I was clear on all of my next steps. I found her to be thoughtful and didn’t miss a beat. Very thorough. !
