Stimulus for self-employed who always owes

We own a small business and always owe a small amount or apply our small refund to the next year.  We did ACH draft for tax liability when we filed 2018.  Will the IRS have access to that routing/account information?   Thank you to anyone who might know this answer.

If you have bank account information on your 2018 return, the IRS should pick this up.  However, to be safe, the IRS is adding a portal for folks to update their bank account information with them.  This is currently in the works.  Please follow the TurboTax Blog for when this portal will be available to you.
