Stimulus assistance payments held up

I can't afford to pay taxes yet, and certainly can't afford to pay TurboTax any fees in order to get stimulus assistance they are holding; because the IRS sent my assistance to TurboTax instead of MY bank account.

What do you plan to do with my assistance money in the meantime? Hold it hostage until I can afford to pay you for it?

All the links seem to be worded in a way to encourage the user to think they can't get stimulus assistance payment unless they file their taxes TROUGH TurboTax.

Because of the weak and misleading "links" I have found so far, I don't plan to use TurboTax for filing my 2019 taxes.
