Self employed under 400

I made less than $400 last year from taking surveys. I also worked full time. Before I filed my taxes this year I asked my tax agent if I needed to report the 400 and they said no so I only reported my income from my job. I am double checking that I did not ask the wrong question, and if so would I need to file an amended return?

The general rule is that you need to report all of your income, regardless of source.
