Schedule C needs review-Business Income and Expenses

Why do I keep seeing NEEDS REVIEW under 2024 Business Income and expenses, Profit and loss part?? Is it ok to file?Ran smart check review and says everything is correct and ready to file.

Can I review this year's prepared return before filing. There are possible errors in what form or schedule a 1099-MISC was entered into (Schedule E, Form 4835, or both).

I am unable to proceed with filing my taxes. I have a 1099-Misc income form. TurboTax requires me to select Schedule C or Schedule E. Not accepting the response.
