Real Estate agent paid HVAC

To get a deal done I paid to have the HVAC fixed for my buyer.  Is the amount I paid tax-deductible?  If it is what would it be considered?

yes it's a business expense that earned you a commission.

 

category

fix up costs 

selling costs

cost to complete sale

or anything else except "repairs" because that usually applies to property you own or rent.
