Where would a 1099-NEC be entered? It is not for self-employment but for Connecticut's Hero Pay from last year, through public partnerships llc.

DRS put out a Taxpayer Services Special Bulletin (TSSB) 2024-2 in March that affirms it is the DRS' position that Hero Pay is subject to taxation on the state tax returns.
