To clarify, how was this income reported to you? Was it a 1099 Form? If so, what is the form?
It was on a W-2.
You will not be able to file a tax return for tax years 2014 - 2017. To claim a refund , you must file within 3 years from the time the return was filed or 2 years from the time the tax was paid, whichever of such periods expires the later. or if no return was filed, within 2 year from the time the tax was paid.
This is a W-2 for 2022. In box 14 it states 2014-17 income xxxx.xx. This income paid to providers for care of individuals eligible under Medicaid or Community Based Services waiver.
