Quarterly Estimated Tax

Once my profit from my business/UberEats delivery driver has been figured out (for the due quarterly tax payment) and I've figured the amount of the self employment tax I'll owe, how do I then figure my taxes owed for federal tax?

Are sales tax and estimated taxes the same thing for someone who is self employed? Received letter from the state and they didn't include the taxes I paid in 2024.
