"Needs Review" - TT desktop, self employed

Am Self employed.  Have a Simple Schedule C.

Under "Lets gather your business info:  Everything has been inputted but Profit and loss part is showing "NEEDS REVIEW" for 2024

Did a Federal and State review. Says everything is correct and ready to file!!.

However, why do I keep seeing NEEDS REVIEW under 2024 Business Income and expenses, Profit and loss part??

There may be an entry in your return that needs attention. I suggest you go to the Forms mode to look at the forms in your program and if there is an area that needs attention you will see a red exclamation mark next to it. You  can click on that form or schedule and look for entries highlighted in pink to see where you need to add or correct an entry. You will see the Forms icon on the top right portion of your screen:

Thanks, but already did that.

Nothing needs attention. It's all ready to file. Hence my question!

Please check forms availability here. Select online, Windows, or Macintosh from the drop down menu at the top. Then choose "1040" and "Federal". It's possible that a form in your return is not ready to be e-filed. The report provides the estimated date for the form to be released.

Wait until after the form release date to restart TurboTax and allow updates, then open your return, and run Federal Review again.

That's not the issue. Everything is ready to be filed. TT says my return is accurate.

The "needs review" wont go away.

I'm having the same problem. Sure would like to know what it is.

It depends.  Sometimes the need review pops up indiscriminately. See if you can move past this and file your return.
