Joint return and both self Employment Health insurance deduction

If both persons are self employed can you split the insurance premium between business?

Person A has Income of $10,000. but only has Health Insurance of $5,000.

Person B has income of $3,000, but has Health Insurance of $10,000.

Can Person A claim $10,000 on insurance, and Person B claim $5,000?

Thanks in advance.

No

If you each have health insurance, then neither have a family plan, so neither can be shared.
