If I made less than $200 on Door Dash and they did not send me a 1099-NEC, do I still have to report that income and if so how do I report it?

Yes, it is income for tax purposes both federal and likely state.  Since the amount is low and if you have no other self employment income like this, you could consider this a hobby.  See the steps to entry below.
