I will get a 1099-k this year from Paypal. I get paid through Pay Pal for doing "user tests" online.. Do I still report the amount from the 1099-k on my schedule C or self employment income. I am NOT a business but an independent contractor.???

Yes, you will report the income on Schedule C -- Income & Expenses for self-employment income. As an independent contractor you are considered a business.
