If you have royalty income reported in box 2 of a Form 1099-MISC, while logged in to your return:

Go to Income
Wages & income summary
Select "Miscellaneous income Form 1099-MISC"
Click on Start or Add/Edit
Either click on Add another 1099-MISC or if this is your first 1099-MISC just enter your Form
