How do I enter a 1099-R as clergy house allowance?

I designated all the gross amount distributed to me from my retirement annuity as a minister's housing allowance. Box 2a of the 1099-R shows 0.00 taxable amount. Where do I show that I am claiming minister's housing allowance on the gross amount received? I am a retired minister.
