The Business Income table says Business Income and Expenses "needs review" when all the information on the numerous pages feeding seems complete and accurate.  Clicking on Business Income and Expenses yields a calculated gross and net business income.  Error review shows only one error saying my allowable IRA contribution is limited to under $8K (because it's not counting the business income).  How can I find out why it says business income and expenses needs review (and affects other aspects of the return), when it shows net business income (but in IRA limit doesn't acknowledge it)

If you are able to run the final Review with no issues, you can ignore the "Needs Review" note for entries you know are correct. TurboTax will let you know if you need to make changes when you run Review - something you can do at any time and still go back to work on your return. Just be sure you have no review errors before you choose to file your return.
