First year I've ever had so many medical expenses that I qualified to include them in the Personal Deductions & Credits section. In addition to entering the costs of all my medical bills, it also asked to include my health insurance premiums paid. Fine, except that I had already entered that same amount in my Self Employment Health Insurance Expenses.
Why does it feel like I'm double dipping on this? I was expecting a flag or notice alerting me I can only claim this expense once, but TurboTax is ignoring the Business entry and asking me to claim it again in personal deductions. Not complaining if this is a legit loophole resulting in a bigger refund, but I don't want to learn later it's a software oversight that will trigger an audit.

If you have already entered your health insurance premiums as part of your self-employed health insurance expense, then you would be double-dipping by including it again as a personal medical expense.
The information onscreen in the personal medical expense entries of your return tells you that you should not include self-employed health insurance.
