E-File info/dates incorrect?

Hi,

Ready to e-file for 2021 taxes using TurboTax desktop but the TurboTax page text is confusing me.  It says to pay what I owe on or after April 18th 2022,  but right below that it says IT has to be received by IRS on or before April 18,2022  I am thinking that when TurboTax says "IT" TurboTax really should be saying that the IRS needs to receive the schedule request on or before April 18th, not the payment itself.  Can someone please help confirm my thinking?

Here are certain lines from that TurboTax page (text "copy" was not allowed by Windows/TurboTax) :

E-file Your Federal Return for FREE

.You Decide When to Pay Your TAXES:E-file now but don't pay any taxes owed until April 22,2022

*You can schedule the date to make your tax payment, however, it must be received by the IRS on or before April 18, 2022 to avoid any penalties.

This means that the IRS has guidelines that states that if your payment is received by April 22, 2022, it will be processed as on time by April 18th.

To be sure your payment is on time to avoid interest payments, please arrange payments by April 18th.
