Do I have to submit my deceased wife's oil royalties 1099-MISC for which I did not receive funds?

I am requesting these checks be reissued so I will see them in my 2024 taxes.

No not if the funds were not received in 2023. Don't be surprised if the company sends a corrected 1099-MISC for 2023. If that happens contact the company and explain they need to send that form for 2024 since you did not receive the funds or a reporting form in 2023.
