Closed businessed before moving to CA, do I need to file form 568?

I had two LLCs in CO that I closed before I moved to CA, one of which I received a 1099-NEC for. Do I need to file a CA form 568? I don't have state file numbers since the businesses don't exist anymore.

And, how do I make sure the income I made for those LLCs are only allocated to the CO state taxes?

You need to input your CO return into TurboTax first since it is now your non-resident state and allocate the income from the business to CO.  Then, when you input your information for your CA return, do not allocate any of the business income to CA and you do not need to file CA Form 568.
