I finished my taxes and as I do every year wanted to hire Audit Defense.
This year it did not work.
The interface got stuck on the screen that asks my name. Note that the interface filled up both address and phone number. The screen showed no CONTINUE button or something similar, nor did it ask for payment information.
After pressing ENTER the interface returned me to TT with the message "PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH".
By the way, I tried it several times.
What should I do?
