After amending 2022 return, "overpayment applied should be no greater than available refund"

I am in the middle of amending my 2022 return where I have reported an excess contribution to a Roth IRA. I am self employed and as a result pay estimated taxes every quarter.

After setting up the excess contribution section ttax put up a warning for one section:

est taxes overpayment and form w-4 worksheet:
overpayment applied should be no greater than available refund

it opens a form that shows (numbers are made up):

overypayment from my 2022 return: 3411

amount of my 2022 overpayment to apply to 2023 instead of refunding it: 3811 (in red)

should I just adjust the 3811 to be 3411?

If I adjust down to that amount the red highlight goes away

I entered "roth ira excess contribution disallow" into the notes area.

Is that correct?
