So I received my taxes on the 15th and I found out they were released to my TurboTax debit card. Problem is I do not have that card anymore and when I try to report it online I need to put in the 16 digit number of the card which I obviously don’t have. I also call the number and it doesn’t work it keeps saying the same automated message and hangs up due to high volume of calls I’ve been calling for 2 days straight, I’ve even called IrS and green dot with the same outcome. i don’t know what else to do.
