Community Chatter: Would You Rather

Hello again! We’re back starting off the new year with another installment of #CommunityChatter. This week we're continuing the fun and playing a little game of "Would You Rather"!

With another New Year in the books, we got to thinking. Time is going pretty quickly now a days and sometimes people would like it to go backwards. The question this time around is: Would you rather be forever 21 physically if it meant you would also be forever 21 financially or stay as you are?

Which of these options would you pick? Let us know below by commenting below with the emoji  (fountain of youth) for staying young physically AND financially or 💰 (money bag) for the ability to mature financially while also maturing physically.

Our community team will also discuss this topic and what they believe would be the best for them!

“Being 21 is fun, but not that fun! I’d definitely chose to mature physically, emotionally, and financially. Growth is a beautiful part of life and I appreciate the financial wisdom and stability that has come with getting older. " 💰💰💰

"While I had a blast when I was 21, there is no way I would want to go back financially, or emotionally. I am very comfortable with the experience my age has given me." 💰💰💰

Mayra

"I remember being 21 and not needing that much sleep to function. You could sleep an hour and still work your shift without napping. As much as I miss being able to sleep minimal amounts of hours and still have loads of energy I would choose to age. I love the amount of personal and financial growth that I have gained through different experiences and simply aging." 💰💰💰

Ericka

"I think I'm in the minority here! I would probably choose to be 21 forever if it also meant I would keep my current knowledge (I know not the finances part). I think it's a beautiful thing to have your whole life ahead of you and I would have a blast trying out many different career paths."

~Ericka, Community Engagement Lead

Raph

"As tempting as that would be, 21 for me was quite the adventure, I would definitely not want to stay 21 forever! My financial woes at that age left a lasting impression on me that I would not want revisit any time soon. "💰💰💰

~Raph, Community Engagement Manager

Community Chatter: Would You Rather

I wouldn't want to be 21 again for anything as it would entail enduring another 60+ years worth of Greta Thunberg.

No more, thanks! 🙂

Community Chatter: Would You Rather

As hard as my life was at 21, there is no way I want to go back to being 21.  Older (at 68) but wiser is my jam!!

Community Chatter: Would You Rather

I didn't want to go back either. So the data here don't lie.

Community Chatter: Would You Rather

Would live forever, even as 21. Time is money!
