That's a very broad question. But if you have the last billing statement or invoice or notice from the company, that should have contact information on it. If it's a debt collection agency, then you deal with the debt collection agency directly, not the entity that you originally incurred the debt with.
Pull a copy of your credit report. All creditors that you owe money to will be listed on it, with some sort of contact information - be it an address, a phone number, or something.
