If I am not taking distributions from my IRA, are dividends (1095-Div) taxable?

I think you meant a 1099-DIv

 

you should NOT receive a 1099-Div for dividends related to an IRA.  That doesn't make sense. 

 

for an IRA, any transactions within the IRA (stock sales, dividends, interest, etc) are not taxable.  only when you distribute money from the IRA is that a taxable event,
