E Trade

The 1099s are in at E Trade. TT will not allow me to import that because of a hard coded date in TT that says 2-17. What's up with hard coding the data? It's either there on not. Is this COBOL batch?

I also tried importing all my 2019 E trades yesturday 2/17. Unsuccessful it says. I know All my creditentials are right and Ive done this for the past 3 years. This is the First year it hasn't done it? Or is not available till 2/18
