Posts I made not showing up in my account

Hi! I just made a post in the tax discussion forum, but I am unable to find it anywhere. I have clicked on my username, and it shows that I have a total of 4 posts at that time, but when clicking on the posts summary, I was only able to see three of them. I also tried to look up by "most recent" posts in the forum, and nowhere to find it. I made again the same post, this time also adding labels (to signal it out), and I even received a "5 posts badge", yet again, I can only see my old three posts in my account. Is there a way to find my most two recent posts, if they don't show up under "posts"? It looks like they have been posted, but they are nowhere to be found.
