How to add an avatar picture?

The only link I found says to click my avatar icon at top right of the page, then select settings. There is no 'Settings' option there. I only see

my email address

Visit TurboTax Community

Manage your Intuit Account (this area has no Settings selection)

Four dots spinning. Implies maybe something is waiting to load, but nothing has in minutes I have waited.)

  Sign Out

I would assume that maybe newer people cannot add an avatar until they reach a certain level, or time on the site. It would be helpful to point this out someplace, at least on a How to add avatar instruction.  I just had my one-year anniversary and received a level 2, which is certainly a newbie. 😉

I am on a Mac, using Firefox browser, if it makes a difference.

Hi @davekro1 ,

I'd be happy to help you get your avatar changed. Here are some steps to follow below:

1. In the top right corner select the picture of the grey 3 little people and select "my profile"

2. Once in your profile you will select the blue "Edit" button next to where it says Member Profile.

3. Your Profile Settings will open and then select "Avatars"

4. You can then Select a new avatar or select "upload an avatar"

5. If you select "upload an avatar" you can choose your own picture.
