Charitable donations of stock doesn't work

Long-time TurboTax Deluxe user. I am entering charitable donations of stock, and when I enter a donation and complete the process, most of the time the donation simply disappears from the "Your Charities and Donations" screen. This happens for every stock donation, but not for cash donations. It's a waste of time as a customer to continue doing this and losing data. I am using the most up-to-date version of TurboTax Deluxe for Desktop.

INTUIT - PLEASE FIX IT.
