@Brandiieann10 The IRS will not begin to accept e-files until January 26.   Before that, they usually accept a very small number of "test batches" to test their system.   The vast majority of early e-files will simply sit on servers, waiting for the 26th of January.  And...often some of those very early returns are the ones that end up under review or requiring identity verification, thereby delaying the refund for months.
I overpaid, which is why I got money back. But if the state child tax credit were to apply wouldn't my refund have been larger?

Don’t ever year they say they not accepting until middle of January cause last year I was accepted early I wanna make sure I’m not tripping

There's no way you were using the same computer for all of those 30 years, so what's the point?    Sooner or later, you have to replace stuff.

The beneficiary is issued a K-1 and assumes the tax liability. The funds in the ABLE account grow tax-free can be withdrawn as such to the extent they're used for qualified expenses.

To be considered a deductible personal property tax, the fee must be based on the value of the car, and charged equally to everyone with the same kind of vehicle.  For example, if there is a flat registration fee plus an add-on fee based on the value, only the add-on based on value is considered a deductible personal property tax. 
Didn't the financial institution that handles the retirement account withhold tax before dispersing the money to you?
