If you need to verify your email address or phone number in your Intuit Account, here's how:   Log into your Online TurboTax account (if not already logged in.) In the left column scroll way down to Intuit Account. Once in the Intuit Account you should see a left column tab for Sign In & Security. Next to your email address and phone number there may be a little tag for each that either says "verified" or "not verified."  If it says "not verified", click on that tag to verify.

What is showing at the Tax Home of your Online TurboTax account?  Does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?   Did you efile?   If so, how many days has it been?  The Missouri Refund Tracker website says it can take up to 5 business days after efiling to show in their tool.

This was a very very frustrating year to use TurboTax. navigation was next to impossible. I had to use help multiple times including a phone call as well as their chat system on multiple occasions I spent 4 1/2 hours on something that should have only been one hour and 57 minutes. Cost was way more than I was expecting, and have paid many years prior past. Certainly was not happy this year complete waste of time, and I am highly considering other alternatives

@kedavis7926  wrote:  "It seems concerning for a process that was promoting free and wound up charging."    What is TurboTax charging you for?  Have you already paid?  Did you have to move up from Free Edition to Deluxe because of something in your return?  If you don't need Deluxe, we may be able to tell you how to downgrade or remove something as long as you haven't yet paid.   However, did you already efile? You mentioned the word "accepted."  What does that refer to?  If that refers to your efile, you should be able to see the efile status at the Tax Home.    Or have you not yet submitted the return??   It's not clear from what you wrote.

@ kedavis7926  I myself am not really familiar with it.  It's most likely a promotion to get you into Credit Karma.  You won't need it to track your return.  You can track it at the IRS or state websites.   If it was me, I wouldn't do it, especially if you can continue on without it.   Or are you involved with Credit Karma in another way?   Are you using a refund method that uses a Credit Karma account?  If so, I think it asks you to share your TurboTax information with Credit Karma, so that may be why I declined it, but I can't remember for sure.  Without seeing it, it's hard to guess what all you are being presented about Credit Karma and why.

I checked the state recund tracker and it stated that they did not receive my return.

@ marciobrenes12   wrote:  "Is Past midnight so April 16 this is not cool at all."   If you are getting a Federal refund, there is no penalty for a late Federal return.   Plus since your return rejected a few hours ago before the deadline, you have an additional 5 days (IRS grace period for rejected returns) to solve the issue and resubmit the efile or to postmark a paper return.   So that would also avoid a late-filing penalty.   If you owe taxes due, however, they still had to be paid by April 15 to avoid a late-payment penalty.
I need my refund file with turbo tax information year 22 23.

I've used Turbotax for many years. This is the first time I almost didn't efile. It wasn't an obvious step. If this was my first time efiling, I would have missed it completely.

Really appreciate your help.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Tax years 2020 and 2021 are no longer supported by TurboTax.   You can check to see if any TurboTax competitors can still prepare them.  Or you can download forms for 2020 and 2021 from the IRS and state websites and prepare manually.  Or you can hire a tax professional to prepare them.   I don't know the context for your question about "1099."   Does that mean you need to prepare a 1099 form to give someone else,  or do you have a 1099 that you need to report as your income?   There are several types of 1099 forms, and again, it depends on the tax year.
how do i get in front of a real live physical person and get some help with this?
