Credit card charge Refund

Hi, 

I had purchased the deluxe version in Costco. I should download it and work from there, but I thought put the license code into "i you have a code session" before payment. Then I put the payment information on, and I get charged for $85.6. How can I ask for refund for that? I already file my return via Turbotax Deluxe download in my computer not via the website.
