SEP v. Standard IRA contribution

I'm self-employed, filing jointly.  Husband has a 403B.  My traditional IRA contribution  is typically deductible, but isn't this year.   Will it be different if I contribute to a SEP?

Your SEP IRA contribution will lower your AGI.
