yes I tried to refile twice and reattached the PDF with a new name and am still getting the same error. please let me know if you figure out a solution besides ...

thanks for this! it was helpful to get me to where I needed to go to reattach the PDF. unfortunately I was sent back the same error even when I renamed the file...
