It's all good. Apparently I had more regular interest than I thought. And, yes, I did get the bond 1099 off of the treasury direct website.

So I was wrong. When I talked to Capital One they told me they don't break them out into box 1 and 3. Then I realized I would be getting a 1099-INT from Treasur...
