I cleared the cache and cookies and performed the manual update. I am still getting the same outcome. The amendment shows my 1040-SR and there is no 1040-X

I am having the exact same problem I went through the amend process and when I look at the file, there is no 1040-X form, only the 1040. This needs to be fixed ...
