Yep, same. I had to spend over 2 hours on the phone with reps (who were very patient and helpful) that never solved the issue on the online platform.

None of the following are working:1)deleting the forms (neither 8962 nor 1095-A are listed, so I can't delete them)2)clearing the cache on the browser3) restart...
