Did that...still charged both fees. I am done...sending via snail mail then using something else next year.

I understand what you are saying...you are not understanding me. I tried that...it still asks for my payment information and tries to charge me.

I know the scree you're talking about. I tried that. Either way...you still pay the $40 processing fee whether it's by credit card or the refund!

I am not talking about the $25 fee for e-filing the state...that has always been the case. I mentioned this AND that I purchased the software in my previous rep...
