I found two more support phone #'s:800-624-9066which I am calling now and it seems to put me in queue to talk to a human. Another alternative # is 888-777-4160 ...

customer support number I found800-446-8848and called today wasn't any help. It is automated only and I couldn't get through to anyone in support.
