Thanks for replying. I did the research and have an idea what I bought it for then, but will the IRS accept it since the 1099-B doesn't specify cost basis?

My current stockbroker sold one of my stocks last year that I bought thru a different broker in 2013. The 1099-B form shows it without cost basis and I'm afraid...
