Box 5 has nothing, but there's a number in box 7. Do I need to enter the boxes 5-7 information then? The payer's TIN is not working, with or without the hyphen ...

I have this same issue (payer's state number has 9 characters but Turbotax is saying it needs 14), would love some help on this.
